I have been tapped to host in 2024, I am reaching out to all memebers if they hve any place in the Bahamas,Caribbean that they would recommend. Also an all inclusive is a possibility. Speak with your partners,wives,etc and see if they have any imput. We would like the better attendance from the womens side . Also remember other members of your organization are incouraged to attend.Looking forward to hearing back from everyone
Hi Alex - I like the idea of staying on the US islands - Saint Thomas , Johns' Croix. But you and MB offered to host - so I am in full support of your choice. I have stayed at Sugar Bay and the Ritz on St Thomas. Both were great. There is also a Maragataville there. I hope others will offer there options.

Baha Mar Bahamas has plenty of options as far as hotels and restaurants. The Grand Hyatt is very nice and there is a Casino as well. If I can assist with anything please let me know.
