We regard our free economy with its oppotunities to furnish useful products for the economic advantage of our customers, investors and employees, as a privelege to cherish and to protect when threatened.

THAT OUR FIRST OBLIGATION IS TO THE CUSTOMER

The customer is our reason for being. All that we do, all that we plan, is ultimately for them. Only by serving their needs adequately do we improve our position.

THAT OUR PRODUCTS SHOW QUALITY AND PROFIT

We have the obligation to furnish products of field-proven reliability at a fair price which will yield a reasonable profit to our companies and to our customers. We consider profits a necessary reward to investors and manpower, as well as the only means to continue growth required to better serve an expanding industry.

THAT MODERN LIVING AND AIR CONDITIONING / REFRIGERATION ARE INSEPARABLE

We believe that air conditioning and refrigeration has been one of the greatest factors in providing the highest standards of comfort, health and well being in the world. Every method of forecasting and measurement points to an even greater contribution to this mode of living in the future.
